Cinematic Composing com I’m A Composer

Cinematic Composing com I’m A ComposerClearly, there’s way, WAY MORE to being a composer than just having a whole bunch of sample libraries and a DAW to trigger them with!

No matter how much you’ve spent setting up your system, and how cutting edge your sample libraries might be, just having the right ‘tools’ won’t get you very far.

You need to know what to do with those ‘tools’ to achieve deliver great musical cues. And let’s face it, a composer can be asked to produce cues for a very wide range of scenes. Anything from ‘gentle romantic’ to ‘magical fantasy’ or ‘suspense’ all the way to ”high-intensity action”.

Where do we go to learn how to compose in all these styles?

Write The World

Our composition course is designed to give you a ‘professional level’ knowledge of exactly how to successfully produce tracks in any of the styles that may be required of you.

It moves through each of the ‘styles’ explaining the scales, modes, and harmonic structures you’ll need. The types of melodies that work best and even how to orchestrate your ideas to bring the whole thing together.

It really is a ‘one-stop shop’ to all you need to know about actually composing for film and video games.
